Hello everyone, lately I wanted to play Bubble Witch 3 in the afternoon but it doesn't want to open the game or at least it doesn't want to load at all, it just stays on a black screen once I want to open the game but it doesn't go beyond there!

It's the first time this has happened to me, and I don't want to delete the game for fear of losing my powers and the possibility of playing in the event! I already cleared the cache and try to put the phone to rest to see if I can enter later but nothing!... is there any solution!? By the way, I already have the most recent update... I don't know if that brought the problem...

    Hi @Stella_Alias_Telita Sorry you are having this problem

    No please don't uninstall unless we advise you to as it can create all sorts of problems

    We have no known issue currently so I am hoping this is just a connection blip

    Can I check that when you have tried restarting the game had you previously logged out of the game not just closed the screen then have your device turned off for at least 2 minutes 💓

    I had closed the game for a couple of minutes if not hours, and when I want to play again there are times that I run into that black screen, and from there the game doesn't load anymore, And I don't know why, but for some time now, I had closed and logged in again, but for doing that, I no longer have the Cauldron of leagues and some other! :/ I only have the one to wake up the tree
