Hi @PrettyBubbles the problem is back for more than a month. Now it is worst since you get:
- 8 times renspose at 20 sec and 2 times response time at 4-5 sec
- An extra delay of 20 sec is added after the 20 sec delay in 4 out of 8 times.
The 1st 20 sec delay is from the moment you press quit until the confirmation screen appears to press yes
The 2nd 20 sec delay is after you pressed yes until the screen tap anywhere to skip appears. Actually the screen appears and freezes, see the screenshot.
So the 2 steps after pressing quit that normaly take 8 sec require more than 40 sec to be complete!!!
Please report the problem to the studio since this this performance is very poor.
What is the practical result, Leo's active life from 30 min is reduced to 15 min!!!

Hi @PrettyBubbles in case that our CM is back I remind you my problem.
I play for @johamilton 's gold card contest and with Leo active I complete 1 game instead of 2 using the double hat.
It is not easy to collect white stars without Leo's assistance.

Hi @PrettyBubbles, I always receive my 30 minutes when Leo is activated.
The problem is that I get the delays described with Leo active and non active.
When Leo is not active the delays are not critical to my game but when Leo is active the delays are deadly.
I will have Leo active in 20 min. I will inform you if I keep getting delays when I press QUIT on a level and wait to confirm my selection with a YES.

Hi @PrettyBubbles attached is a detailed process on how I get a golden hat.
To earn a golden hat you must play a certain number of levels. When you earn the golden hat you close the game.
When during the certain number of levels the 1st DELAY appears it stays until you close the game. When you open the game and you are lucky the 1st DELAY is gone and that happens now only 20% of the time.
The delays reduce the productive time of Leo from 30 min to less than 15 min. I spent half of Leo's time waiting due to delays.
I hope now that everything is clear with the delays described in the attached file.

Hi @maf34100 Its ok I gotcha now I was just confirming that you are being offered the 30 minute duration and you are saying the delay time reduces your usage of the starcats overall
As this is not known as a multiple reported issue I am not sure anything can be done but I will ask the question for you 💓

When I started posting for this problem it was one cycle with delays one cycle without delays
Now most of the cycles are with delays and from time to time you get one cycle without delays.
Things are getting worst. 6 moths ago all cycles were normal without delays.
