Well that sucks, either no one is playing or they're not connecting thru facebook! 😄 I'm so tempted to play connected thru my king account but I'm too afraid to lose my progress and boosters thru the facebook connection. Sigh....I'm really hoping it's a quick fix. THANKS!

Hi @Minatozaki & @PrettyBubbles, I am having the same issue with connecting to my game. I had the Connect using FB, Google or the King community message yesterday morning & again this morning. I entered my email address & password for both FB & the community & the message said that both were invalid & then I had a connection issue message. I can still access my game but my profile picture along with all of the other players has disappeared & I have no way to save my progress in the game.🤔

Hello, I am having a slightly different issue logging in. When I try to connect thru my Google account, it says this app tried to obtain personal information and has been blocked.... What is this? Let me try to get a screan shot for you

Hi @Swytpea I can not see any reason why Google would block you're access

We currently have no known issue with king

Please try logging out not just closing the game and re starting your device as it may be a blip

Also if you are using Google chrome I have found that at times when its updating it creates me all sorts of problems so I go into my phone's apps disable it for a minute or 2 then enable it again and all is good

Give these steps a try and let's see if it resets things for you if not then I suggest you contact Google support for a more elaborated explanation

Just wanted to add my own update today - it seems to be connecting to facebook now, partially. No profile picture! Is it still being worked on? Hoping others are able to connect as well.
