Well that sucks, guess I'll have to wait for the next connection error. :( I am hoping they are still working on the profile picture not showing and the game freezing issues.

Hi @MicheleHogg that is correct you can play with your saved progress from Facebook but not actually play on Facebook alone
Can you tell me what you see if you double tap the word king at the top of your first screenshot please ๐

Hi @PrettyBubbles, sorry for the late reply & thanks again for your assistance. Here is a screenshot of what I see when I double tap the word King. As you can see my game ID is there but still no profile pic & my game is still freezing. Wondering if I will lose my progress if I log out & in? My login ID & password is hit & miss. It doesn't work well on my tablet which is the device that I use for online gaming etc but it does work on my phone. No idea why?

I'm still having the problem as well, no profile and it freezes if I go in to look at my profile. We can't be the only two people having this issue. ๐

Hi @PrettyBubbles, sorry to bother you again but wanted to ask the following. Today I've noticed something weird. Besides not having my profile pic I'm now seeing two different things between the two different devices I play on (depending where I am at the time) - at home (desktop pc, windows) I have 49 gold bars in my possession but at work (laptop pc, windows) I have 65 gold bars. I understand boosters are by device but I thought levels and gold bars were saved the same no matter where you play? Do you have any insight?

Hi @andreah1 Yes different devices can show different levels and gold and boosters as you will be playing on devices with different IP addresses
Some players also have events on one device but not on another ๐

Okay, thank you, I thought it was just the boosters that were not carried over device to device. Any word on fixing the issue with freezing and profile pics? I used to have a couple FB friends that I would see as I was going thru levels but they're no longer there.

Hi @PrettyBubbles, when I opened my game on Saturday morning there was a pop up window from FB requesting that I sign in to BWS3 because it had been a while since I had signed in. I clicked on it, read the FB disclaimer, closed it & went back to my game. Nothing changed, no profile pic & game freezing throughout the weekend & yesterday but my profile pic was there this morning! My pic is there & everyone else's has disappeared.๐ค Unfortunately my game is still freezing. There are less than 2 days left in the Conjure games Astral League & I'm in 15th place which means that I will be demoted once again. Unfortunately the persistent issues with my game have prevented me from passing levels & from collecting boosters from the Book & the Tree.
Thank you for continuing to assist me & @andreah1 with our ongoing issues. Hopefully all will be resolved soon. ๐ค
