How can I report a hacker?

First off clean your cache and cookies out.
Than delete browser history.
Than go into your apps and select game app empty the cache, but don't clear the history or you'll delete your game.
Than contact support and notify them of your issue.
If still having issues.
Sign out
Update
Restart device.
