Issue on level 3411

Hi guys,

We have a problem on level 3411. It's a 'release the owls' level, and it's showing 79 owls to release - except there's only 78,(screenshot attached) so the game won't finish or move on. The only way to get out of the level is to force stop the app. But of course going back onto the level makes no difference because there's still only 78 owls, not 79.

I cleared all 78, so that's a wasted life, and i can't carry on playing until it's fixed.

Hi @DU123 It was on my mind as I had already cleared 79 owls so I have replayed it twice more and each time cleared 79 owls I have attached one of my screen shots.

So this is not a known issue.

Can you try logging out of your game and turning your device off and on to see if this resets this level for you hopefully it should

That's a shame, i'm in the lead in my league at the moment but this will completely hinder my chance of staying at the top, it'll be 2 days, possibly longer, of not being able to move through the levels ☹️

Hi @DU123 I will replay this level for you tomorrow and check if something went wrong as I cleared all owls but it doesnt mean a blip has not happened since.

I will come back with my findings tommorow. Thank you for you patience 👍
