Level 3415 glitch
Hey everyone,
Level 3415 isn't ending properly. It's leaving an owl in mid air, not attached to any bubbles, and impossible to burst. The bubbles go straight through it. The only way out is to shut down the game and lose it.
Please don't suggest logging out of the game because i did this already and it's caused me no end of problems, (see this thread for that, https://community.king.com/en/bubble-witch-saga/discussion/327622/lost-log-in ) and it's still happening anyway.

@PD987 Hi Again, Apologies as i have read what you have put, but the standard troubleshooting tips are normally what will sort issues like this out and that involves logging out and restarting your device.
I will tag @PrettyBubbles @johamilton as They may be able to check to see if there are any issues with the level

I had a similar issue yesterday on level 3411, and that was also a release the owl level, but logging out and back in again resolved it for me. It sounds like your issue runs deeper than that, especially as it's showing a different ID number but everything else is correct, i.e, your name, email, password, chapter and level is showing as exactly the same. It can't possibly be a wrong log in because none of it would tally up. A strange one, for sure.

Hi @PD987 the reason you had problems before is that your game hadn't been saved.
You will need to follow the trouble shooting order to reset your level.
You are not uninstalling and I presume this time you have saved your game.
Logging out and restarting your device is a regular tip for these kinds of blips 👍

I'm not sure how, but after many many more times of logging out and back in, turning my device off and on over and over - it actually let me finish, with the right total of owls! I just hope i don't get it again on another owl level.
Just the ID issue now.
