I have made two purchases and they don't show up on my game but the money has been taken.

I have complained sent the info on a number of times but get the same question back asking for info I already sent.

Has anyone had the same issue is it they don't want to refund or fix the issue

I am sorry to hear that and I must say that is very unusual. Refunds are never held back and usually are dealt with as a priority.
