Hi Guys πββοΈ To keep you up to date our studio have checked this problem thoroughly and there are no issues at our end.
They are now in touch with Facebook to check for errors.
We advise that you don't play via Facebook at all and use windows 10 or a mobile device.
I will come back with any further updates as I receive them.

And still this game will not load on FB. Hit the start button and nothingness. Going onto a month now

Game still isnt working. Almost a month now. I dont want alerts to join this or that or win free stuff. I want to have the game fixed. The other things are just a deteriant to keep us from getting frustrated

The past couple of times I've tried to play bubble witch saga on facebook it loads all the way to the "play" screen. I click play and nothing happens. I have tried clicking all over the play button. Nothing. I've reloaded the game. Nothing. I've left it alone thinking maybe it was not finished loading. Nothing. I've tried different browsers. Nothing.
My player ID is 11934157969. I am running Windows 10 64 bit. I normally use Opera but I also tried it on Chrome. I usually don't have a problem playing the game. It's just been the last couple of times.

I love Buble Wich 3 Saga but I 'm having problems with the mobile game. It does'nt open and close on its own. I uninstalled and reinstalled. It works when I do this, but when I close and opening it closes again by itself. And I bought busters and gold but lost all. Can somebody help me, please? π₯

I have same problem since their update version 7.6.35 on 05/19/2021 for iPhone 11 Pro Max. Iβm at level 1036 or 1037 and donβt want to start over. It worked fine all day u til I did their mobile update. Reset my cache, and forced restart of iPhone. Still cannot get the Bubble Witch Sage 3 game to open.
