my game hasn't worked in 3 days. I hit the play button and all I get is the map. Do you know when this will be resolved?

Level 1786 isn’t working correctly. The little dragons are not disappearing and the screen won’t move down to finish the level.

The Play button on BBW3 isnt working..and this is now the 3rd week. It downloads ok, but when you press play nothing happens, and neither does the settings button. All my other King games are fine. Supoort email sent but the reply was useless
