Well it's lovely that you offer to sort with a much laborious way on your part... but I play on PC and how would I be able to take screenshot of my level if the game does not start? It only shows the initial image! This is not good, I am way up with my level... been playing for years!
Hi guys have you tried uninstalling your game and reinstalling it via windows 10 none Facebook
If you cant get a screenshot of your level please note it down before you uninstall also note your game ID
I am looking to see if the process works for you.
Please be specific in your answers. Such as ...... I have reinstalled with windows 10 none Facebook and on what device.
Or.... I use a mobile device via king platform
After following the procedures I have posted many times we are hoping this will be a fix.

I only play on FB and have tried doing everything from deleting cookies to rebooting to defrag. Nothing has worked so far. Screen shot is impossible as it will not go beyond the initial screen of hitting "start"
I play mostly on FB too. The app works on my iPad, but not on FB. I have done it all too and nothing works. It seems as is if something is blocking it from continuing.

NO wonder these games don't work any more!! Fix it guys, can't believe you cannot do that?
Also... you say here "If you cant get a screenshot of your level please note it down before you uninstall" ... if we cannot get it started, we cannot SEE our level. I certainly do not remember my exact level, but I was far having played the games for years...
Guys you can tell us what level you remember and we can check this before manually adding them if you loose them upon reinstalling.
I have recommended on many occasion to reinstall none Facebook as @Jade72CRM we have no control over Facebook issues we can't make a fix if it is Facebook related its Facebook that would need to perform a fix this is why we recommend a new installation using windows 10 with out Facebook.
We have offered level restoration and generous rewards added to players accounts as our way of getting you back playing the game you all love π
If you offer to play a game on Facebook, than your players should be able to play it there. If not, you should ask Facebook to fix whatever it is that causes your games to not work on their platform. Seems to me.
We have and we do get on to them and we was told last week that they would perform an update but players are saying they havnt received one.
We can and regularly do liaise with them but cant perform there up date that's under there control π
that is correct, Facebook hasn't made any update and we can't play. I do not remember what level I am on BW 2 or 3 and I already cannot play Blossom Saga on PC... what the heck is this? If they give you to play your games on their platform, they must fix whatever issue prevents them from playing. This is beyond ridiculous now, it's been months. I think you should demand they fix it - all other Kings games I play on PC, on Facebook work... why not these?
