Guys as you can see here I have said for you tell us what level you were on.
We keep going over the same thing. If you choose not to reinstall your game on your PC using your Microsoft store to download it and you choose to keep your game using Facebook then there is no further advice.
As this issue does not effect anyone other than those using Facebook this is why we are asking you to do this.This is to help you not annoy you

I think you do not understand that installing the game on PC from Microsoft Store will NOT restore us to our current level of playing. Not for me anyway. So following your advice is actually not going to be helpful for me: what level will you restore my account to? I cannot see my level, the game does not go past the start!!! You keep asking us our level, but some of us are unable to see it, what part of this is not clear? I don't understand.
And I don't care for freebies, I just want to continue play from my level up and that will not be possible. This is really bad service, especially from Facebook. When I installed Blossoms Saga on my mobile, it brought me back of a 100 levels!
I have installed now Bubble Witch Saga 3 on my PC from Microsoft and guess what? It started from level 1!!!!!!
That is NOT what I wished to happen and not what should have happen. I am beyond frustrated now and really disappointed! You have lost a player - a paying one. Thank Facebook!
