Is this a joke? How many times we have to say that we cannot check our level because the game won't load? It does not start, we cannot see the level.
Also, what do you mean by "non Facebook"? We play these games on PC from Facebook! Get them to fix whatever causes us the issue because your suggestions won't work for us playing from PC. Last, every other Kings games work on Facebook from PC - why not BW 2 and 3 or Blossoms Saga? Ask Facebook developers to fix the issue since they are the only ones who can do that. Adobe is not supporting Flash animation anymore - THAT is the problem.

@bidder , @Heart62 and @Jade72CRM if you cannot start your game and you cannot take a screenshot of your level,, we understand. Go ahead and uninstall, Please proceed with the process that @PrettyBubbles layed out as you see above. We are asking you to not use Facebook. For instance if you are playing on Windows 10, you can download the app from the Microsoft store. Sign in as normal, or you might want to try signing in using the King account. I used to sign in with my FB account, but now sign in with my King account and have not had any problems. All we are asking is that you take these few steps to see if it works for you. 👻
How do you uninstall a game on a regular desk pc? I think this is what we are not understanding. I tried to play on the king site and it wouldnt allow me to. All I got was an app.

We keep going over the same thing. If you choose not to reinstall your game on your PC using your Microsoft store to download it and you choose to keep your game using Facebook then there is no further advice.

I think you do not understand that installing the game on PC from Microsoft Store will NOT restore us to our current level of playing. Not for me anyway. So following your advice is actually not going to be helpful for me: what level will you restore my account to? I cannot see my level, the game does not go past the start!!! You keep asking us our level, but some of us are unable to see it, what part of this is not clear? I don't understand.
And I don't care for freebies, I just want to continue play from my level up and that will not be possible. This is really bad service, especially from Facebook. When I installed Blossoms Saga on my mobile, it brought me back of a 100 levels!
I have installed now Bubble Witch Saga 3 on my PC from Microsoft and guess what? It started from level 1!!!!!!
That is NOT what I wished to happen and not what should have happen. I am beyond frustrated now and really disappointed! You have lost a player - a paying one. Thank Facebook!
