My Game is not working - (Now fixed)!

I have copied down our recommendations for your convenience
Please uninstall your game
Reinstall your game through windows 10 and download BW3 via Microsoft store or equivalent or via king on a mobile and change your password
Please no longer use your Facebook account
play1 level then log out and turn your device off and on
If your levels have not restored tell us your game ID and what level you was on and we will manually restore them.
After a reinstall your boosters are not transferred so we are offering generous surprise rewards to be added to your account as our way of sorry.
Upon reinstall Add your game ID even if you're levels restore or not so we can add your rewards to say sorry.๐โญ

Guess I wont be playing bb3 or bb2 any longer as it doesnt work on my pc. I dont have win10. Enjoy the game for those who can do this

I have windows 10. I contacted Facebook they couldn't or wouldn't fix the problem. It is funny how all my other King games work just fine but not Bubble witch 3. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. What ever is going on is on your end. Have a good day.

Hi @rednco1957 I can understand your frustration but if you follow the guidelines above which does say not to link your game to Facebook we can get your levels restored and send some rewards to your game
Please read through and reconsider as we would love you to stay ๐โญ

i don't know if this will help but i went to the microsoft store and downloaded the game. you are able to connect to your fb account to keep your progress and play from your computer.

PrettyBubbles, I included a screen shot with my earlier post.
As you can see 1 shooting star, 6 sparkling blast, 5 stereo bolt, and 10 magic beam boosters.

Hi @Runzwsizzorz thank you for being helpful but please keep it in mind that the Facebook issues have not been solved so the chances are you will start to have the same issues again.
