Royal Pass - Can't claim reward nor make a purchase! **Under Investigation**!

Telling me no connection and stayed up and uses so many boosters and won't let me clock ticking and I'm feeling ripped off as can but on store and claim others, but not final reward....😥😥.

Thank you all for taking the time to report the connection issues you have been facing with the Royal Pass!
You will be happy to know that the Studio is aware of this and currently investigating the issue. Hopefully, the issue will be solved before the event starts.
@LINDARAZOR1 I understand that you made a purchase but could not claim it, very sorry to hear this happened. You will need to report this to Player Support as only they can restore purchases and you can do this HERE.

Hi @LINDARAZOR1 I presume it has now timed out. Did you manage to collect your last rewards if not then Please send your game ID so any unclaimed rewards can be checked and we can see if anything can be done regarding your lost rewards 👍⭐

I have screen shots, where is my game ID? Still says 42 mins.....and same " not connected " yet i collect all.....its frustrating because it's last reward worked so hard.....telling me hurry last chance but Keeps saying no connection yet i am😥.

For some reason my spellbook has been saying I have 21hrs left to claim my spells....for the last 3 or 4 days. Anyone else having this issue? Is it being phased out?

The spell book as far as I am aware is not being phased out maybe it is just froze how about we try logging out and turning your device off and on a couple of times and see if it resets but it will only reset if the duration has ended.

I've reached the end of the Royal Path and wanted to purchase all of the unlocked rewards, but the button that says '$4.99' does not trigger a response.

Hi @valorelai , try resetting by signing out, then turn off and back on and resign it. See it that nudges it! Sometimes the game just gets stuck. 😀👻

So I did as you suggested and it has bumped me all the way back down to the bottom of the Royal Path. When I initially encountered the issue, there were 12ish hours left on the timer and now there's 11 days. What now?
