Where is my progress?
I have had to uninstall the game. Installing it again takes me to level 1710, when I was at level 45xx.
I even got a congratulatory message for reaching level 4500.
I always play logged, isn't it supposed to automatically save our progress.
This has not happened to me when installing Candy Crush Soda Saga again.
Have I lost all my progress?

Hi @MTA1, yes that is what happens when you uninstall the game. If you will give me your ID#, we will get your levels back to where it should be. 😀 👻

Open the game app and select Profile.
Double tap on the King logo and and voilà. The logo should disappear to reveal your User ID

Questions:
- Every time, for whatever reason, I have to reinstall the game, should I send my ID to update my progress?
- How can I make progress actually save?

Thanks @MTA1 for your ID, I will pass it along and they will get your levels back to where it should be.
Try to just either turn your phone off then back on, or if that does not work. Log out, turn off then back on , then log back in. That usually works. Try to not uninstall 😀

Well, I have opened the game and I am at level 4500, but I had advanced much, much more.
Why is it said when you connect with your account that the progress of the game is saved when it is not true?
If so, if I have to uninstall it for any reason, it would go back to the level I left it at.
