Why can't I send or receive lives?

Can't receive or send lives. I get an error code and have been for a couple of years now. I had lots of lives and they all disappeared since getting the error message

Sorry to here that

There could be a couple of reasons

If its BW2 via mobile only then there is a known issue that is being looked into

If its BW3 and you are playing via Facebook they continually have this bug.

If you are playing through Facebook and have reached level 1420 then this will be why as there are no further updates on any levels and you will need to move to windows 10 and not link to Facebook. Alternatively you can play using a mobile device 👍⭐
