I assume you have contacted the Player Support team in order to help get your progress back, which I'm sure they will help soon 😉
In the meantime, what happened? Were there any updates? What happens when you reconnect the game app to your Facebook or King account, your progress does not get synced?

The app stopped working on game 2557, Facebook, as there was no support anymore for bubble witch, they said. I deleted it 31.05.21. App can't be bought back on my account. I play on app on my Laptop windows 10. I went to play and instead of around 3500 to 3750, could have been more, it was back at 2557. I deleted and signed in reinstalled and it again defaulted to 2557. My 9 months of playing gone. The app welcomed me as George?? not my photo?? Thought maybe hacked so I changed email and password. I honestly thought it was saved to King.com, it kept telling me it was. It only seems to sync to the 2557 game.
