Hi @jordanboy, so sorry you are having this problem, I do see that our wonderful @PrettyBubbles has already responded to you regarding BWS2 and lives. There really is nothing that we can do regarding the lives. So please scroll to the bottom and use the "Contact Us"

Hi @jordanboy BW2 currently have issues with sending and receiving lives
For BW2 you need to go direct to customer support using the contact us tab at the bottom of this page
Please be patient as there is a technical issue with there email system that they are working to fix as soon as possible 👍⭐
