FB account blocked, hot to access my game?
I have played Bubble Witch 3 and Candy Crush for about 7 or 8 years on my FB app. Now, my account is either locked up or gone. I cannot access it. 12 years of pics, games, etc. down the drain. This is a long shot, but is there any way I can recover my levels on my games somewhere. I enjoyed them every day but don't want to start at Level 1 again. TIA

Hi @abee817 Sorry to hear that
If you played through Facebook all your progress will be saved so once you log back in to Facebook you will be able to resume play
However if for some reason your Facebook has been blocked then I suggest Downloading windows 10 then download BW3 (none Facebook) and opening a new account
Once you have done that post us your ID and what level you was on and we will see what we can do ๐โญ

I can't log in to my FB. I'll try what you suggested but I don't remember what levels I was on.

Dumb question on my part and it's probably right in front of me. Where do I go to download the games (none FB)

@abee817 You need to download Microsoft store and set up an account you can then perform your downloads of games from there ๐โญ

Hello!
I have the same problem with access of FB account: it's blocked in my country, but I played Candy Crush and BWS3 for about 8-9 years, and have a big progress. I've created King account and wanted to synchronize it with FB account, but I couldn't find that option on this site.
Also I tried to remove & install BWS3 on my Windows 10 and on my Android 11, but I couldn't log in because it was written "No connection", and this game remember my entering via FB. Even clearing cache didn't work โนโน
My progress on CC is about 300 level (maybe, more) and on BWS3 is 1043 level.
Could you, please, help me to restore my data and account?
