Can you first try logging out not just closing your game and your turn your device off for a couple of mins. Let's see if that clears it if not come back and we can help further ๐โญ

Hi @dunkyd , thank you for getting back to us. Sorry it did work. It usually resets the game and would be working again.
You can do the following, but Please note if you do, any boosters you have will not transfer as these are saved to your device and not to the game.
First make sure that you game is saved. Then you can uninstall your game, then reload the game back in and sign into your account.
Please let us know how the transfer goesย if you decide to do this. ๐
