Hi guys could you please let me know what app version is showing on your device
You can find this by going into your settings selecting your apps then select BW3 if you scroll down it will have version and the number of that version alongside 👍⭐

Please help. I can't play level 5605. Whenever I open the level I can shoot only 1 bubble and after that the level freezes...it's happening since 30/06/2022 ... I tried everything.. logging out and all the suggestions given in this community..but nothing helped

Even though I keep seeing words that say the issue is fixed, both my IPad and android phone freeze as soon as you make any move.

Hi @TotoAml So sorry you are having the problem. Yes this is a known issue. A fix was performed yesterday but appears not for everyone.
Have you tried updating your BWS3 app and logging out and back in? If not, please do so.
If you still have problems, please select 👉here 👈 and join with your issue as this is where updates will be posted

I have logged off multiple times and it still freezes. I have looked and the latest update was June 28. How do I force it to update ?

Everything I find says: 7.20.88. Both of my devices have automatic update. This version appears to be prior to stated fix. It is the only version available in the App Store. How can we fix this??
