Hi @EzzaNZ It appears that this may just be a temporary blip as up to now we have not had any further reports
Should this happen next time you receive either event then please let us know hopefully you won't experience these problems going forward

Hi @PrettyBubbles - since we last chatted, other than the short period above, I'm not receiving points for completing levels again. I've rebooted several times, repaired the app and nothing seems to work. This means I'm about to be demoted from the Astral League which is a bit frustrating. Any thoughts on what I can do to start earning points again? I'm loathe to uninstall the game, assuming that will mean I'll lose all my progress etc?! Thanks in advance!

Ever since we switched to the new shorter duration League tables I can't get my score to tally regardless of the many levels I've won. After weeks of this I've dropped from Astral League to Broomstick League and the problem persists. I love Bubblewitch-3 and I'd happily play without being counted although any help or hints would be great!

The new leagues are still in the testing stages and the studio plan to make some tweaks

Hello. Is there any update on this, please? A new Conjure Games has started, and I was initially earning points, but I've just completed a chapter and no points have been awarded for 6-7 levels. Thanks again!
