Hi @Chris_Williams-4 This has to be device or connection related as you don't currently have the latest game version
I am thinking more device as because you are playing on a tablet is why you will start getting issues as all updates are only received on a mobile device or a PC using windows 10
So you will be falling behind in the app versions as you are now and no fixes will be available ππ

There was an issue with adds that has recently received a fix
Can you check the app in your phone and scroll down to see if you have the latest version you should have 7.21.71
Also log completely out and leave your device off for at least 2 minutes π
Yes I view the ads but do not receive my reward

No it can't be that as it say's oops there was a problem
Oh I see @Chris_Williams-4 maybe you no longer have this feature as all of our offers and events can come and go at anytime as they are never rolled out to everyone at once so our studio will occasionally perform a re shuffle so as other players can get to benefit from these specials πβ
