As some of you know, we've been facing issues with League, causing players to lose rewards and status. We've gathered all your feedback and sent it to the Studios. They are currently working as quickly as possible to fix the issue. We understand this is not the best situation, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Yesterday, I noticed that my score was not increasing.

Today, after passing several levels, my score remains unchanged, although all of the others have increased.

I've tried to.post screenshots here, but can't do so.

Why is this happening?

Hi @CassD , will you please make sure that your game is connected. If it says this, it is not conencted

Regarding the postings, I have had and seen some posts disappear. There must be a snag somewhere. I will report it 😊

Hi @johamilton. It's definitely connected. I've been playing Wake the Tree with my team and no problem there or with my other team. Trying again to.post the screenshot from.yesterday:

Have you tried resetting your game... Do Not delete the game. You will loose all of your boosters. Just log out turn off and turn back on and log back in

Hi @johamilton. I had done that and cleared the cache, but I've done it again and it's still the same The only change I've noticed is that I've lost the fairies and blue bubbles I had been collecting for the next stage of the Enchanted Egg.

Hi @johamilton and @PrettyBubbles. I'm having exactly the same problem as a few weeks ago with my Astral League score not changing when I pass a level.

I noticed yesterday that it hadn't changed, so I took all of the usual troubleshooting steps (as mentioned above) before starting to play today. However, having passed a couple of levels today, it's still not changed.
