I'm using an Amazon Fire tablet with the latest update on Bubble Witch 3. I completed the Halloween Season Tryout Challenge but the icon for it is sitting there with an exclamation point. When I click on it it keeps coming up with a Congratulations, you got promoted to a new league! Your Placement: 3. When I click on the Continue button I see the following message:

obviously, I didn't win over 1 billion rewards, but when I click on the Claim, I get a locked chest and click on it and see a Stereo Bold. If I click on that (or even if I do nothing) I get some purple smoke and the BBW3 closes. I have force stopped the app, cleared the cache (I don't want to clear data because I have a lot of rewards/gold bars and I don't want to lose them).
Any ideas? Is it a bug with that particular challenge? Will it go away eventually?

It sounds like once you opened the chest you received the reward of one booster and that chest was now empty so you can go on to win more
Screenshots are very useful in these kind of blips so as we can see what we are dealing 👍⭐
Unfortunately, every time I complete a level or go back to the Home screen of the app, the screen comes up to claim the reward and then the app shuts down and I have to open it up again. Very frustrating and time consuming.
I'm still rebooting my Fire, force sipping the app and clearing the cache and the behavior persists. As far as getting more rewards, I don't get them for the Halloween Season routine.
As almost all the King games are sold and widely marketed on amazon.com and specifically state that they are available and work on the Amazon Fire tablets (these are Android based mobile devices), I find this a rather weird thing to say. If your statement is true, then there's some false advertising going on on the Amazon website
I purchased the app on January 12, 2017 and have been successfully running it on various Fires ever since then as have a lot of other people that I know who have Fires. The problem only began with the latest update. All the other King apps are working just fine, even the Royalty rewards on Candy Crush are working just fine.
in the image below Le Feu Blue and Le crepuscule Feu are both later model Fire tablets. The other two are older model Kindle Fires.

Hi @CBRetriever These are the platforms that BW3 now only support
Here is more information regarding older devices so as you don't use them should you decide to move to a mobile device 👍
