    Hi @CassD. Yes, I have contacted Support 6 times since my original post on 10/29. Each of those 6 times I received the (exact same automated) following message:

    Hi @XmasBaby1225. The Game Mods @PrettyBubbles and @johamilton will always help as much as they can. As @PrettyBubbles mentioned, there has been an ongoing issue with the Leagues for some time with a number of complaints. Have you checked out this thread:

    I always use the link at the bottom of this page to contact Support, as they have been very helpful to me.

    Do hope this issue will be resolved soon for you and everyone else affected (I was, but mine seems to be working OK now).

    Hi @PrettyBubbles,

    Thank you for your response. How do I check which version (7.25.54) I have? I play on my 2020 Dell laptop using Google Chrome and have just recently updated to Windows 11. As I mentioned above to @CassD I have contacted Support 6 times, to no avail. I continue to receive just an automated message reply from them. I felt this was "time sensitive" which is why I tried to contact Support several times. Lastly, what is my ID and how do I find it? I checked in Profile and it only lists my game name and e-mail address.

    I really appreciate your help. Thanks so much! 😁

    Hi @CassD,

    Yes, I read the entire thread you mentioned above and I also have this exact same problem on an ongoing basis, (receiving stars for completed levels and then all of a sudden not receiving them and then getting demoted, when you would have been in the top 3, etc.).

    However, my problem this time, which is the one I contacted Support about is not receiving my treasure chest of rewards/spells/boosters for ending up 2nd place in the Astral League. I would normally receive 5 spells and a "free time" booster.

    Also, the 6 times I contacted Support, I did use the "Contact Us" link below and just kept on getting the automated message reply. I am just hoping that I can still get my rewards some how...

    Hi @XmasBaby1225 I will have this moved over to our main thread regarding the issues with the leagues as that is were any updates will be posted

    Unfortunately regarding lost rewards we are unable to credit these

    I feel you have not been dealt with yet by customer support as you may not have provided enough information such as you have now supplied to me and without your ID they can not go any further

    To find your ID select the cogg wheel bottom left of your game start up screen you will see these tabs then select the profile tab 👇

    Then on the next page double tap the word king at the top of the page this will reveal your ID please keep a copy of it as we need this for many things

    Should see connect instead of profile then you are not connected and will need to select the tab and follow the next steps

    To check if you have the latest version go into you device settings then select apps then scroll down to BW3.

    Select the icon stroll down and you will see version next to it will be what the version is you are currently working on

    Hi @Shenronoffire sorry it is taking a while to resolve these issues but some things are complex and do take time

    I can assure you that are studio are aware and as soon as I receive any feedback I will post an update 👍
