Is there a problem with the game right now? Not connecting

Good morning @PrettyBubbles, I'm still having issues connecting with Facebook, the King community & Google. I am able to access my game but unable to save my progress. I went to the Play store yesterday to see if there were any comments or solutions to this issue. There was an update available so I updated my BWS3 game but nothing changed. This morning my game is freezing, my profile pic is still missing & I continue to get the Invalid email & password msg. Below is a screenshot from this morning. Thankfully I'm still able to connect to the community via email. Thanks for your assistance & hoping all of the issues will be resolved soon.

Hmmm, not sure? How do I do that, just click on the picture? I did try that but nothing happens. Then I got locked up and had to restart the app. I still feel there is something wrong. Also, is there a way to change over to connecting by my email rather than thru Facebook? When I try to go into my profile it says I'm connected thru Facebook but no options now to change to connect by email or disconnect with Facebook. Everytime I click on my profile it freezes everything. So weird!
