Hi @DieOmimi @PrettyBubbles I play Win10 and my Reset option writes
If this app is not working properly, reset it. Application data will be deleted. There is not a repair suboption in Reset option
The next option is Uninstall and writes
Uninstall this app and its settings. Your documents will not be affected
I am not sure what "documents will not be affected" means.
So I am stuck since I know what unistall does to boosters (current number 680) and GBs.
Please advice
@Kiki_g @maf34100 if there is no option on Win 10 like mine on Win11 and you reinstall the app, all your boosters will be deleted. Likewise, the progress of the daily login will be deleted (unless you also have the app on a mobile device). The gold bars are stored on king servers and should not be lost.ย

I'm not sure if a next update of the app will fix the problem. At CCFS I once had to wait 3 updates (that was almost 6 weeks) until I could play on Windows again.ย
When something like this happens to me, I usually sit it out and wait. So far, it has been worth the wait. However, I always have a "backup" on my phone.ย ย

Maybe the Microsoft IT colleagues have already installed a fix. I was just about to try the tip from dieOmini. But before that I tried to open the game again and lo and behold, I can get back in ๐
Under Win 10 you can also update the game (as with @DieOmimi ):
Start/Settings/App/Bubble Witch 3 Saga/(scroll down to the menu item) Advanced Options/Reset
But beware, I did that at CCSS and my boosters were gone ๐ซ I'd rather wait...

Yes @Kiki_g I think the reports to there customer services made them aware that they had a wide issue
So between us we all played a part in resolving this problem ๐
