I was in 2nd place in the Astral League, which ended at 4:00 am on 10/27. It has now been 48 hours since the competition ended and I still have not received my treasure chest of rewards/spells/boosters. Needless to say, I feel very cheated! Is there any way that I can still receive them? Thanks!
P.S. There are many, many issues/problems with this game...

We have had a known issue with the leagues that our studio have been working on and we were hoping that the fix included in latest update would come through
Can you please check you have version 7.25.54 and let me know
Please also confirm your device and what platform you use 👍⭐
Yes as @CassD has recommended for lost rewards please use the contact us tab and you must add your ID otherwise they will not be able to help you

Having the same problem here. You play a lot and get 3 stars and complete chapters but you don't get any stars. No matter what you do, nothing moves.

Sorry Bubbles but there are some new and old problems - 1st logon and off still a problem - you have to close the game after you login to be able to play . NEW problem - lost the Fairy Trails in the middle of playing it - closed the game one day came back the next and it was gone - was #3 trying for #1 place but that's gone . Still have seen no Leagues yet . also the extra magic game you were to play to get bonus's is gone as of last week - only there a day or two before it when bye-bye .
