I'm sorry you're having issues with the game. Please clear the cache and cookies from your browser (even from your phone and even if you play on the App) and make sure you have the latest version updated. That should solve the issue (it sounds simple but it works in most cases

). If after that you're still stuck on the level, please take a screenshot and post it here!

Ok, guys, I'm sorry that did not work. Let me check that with our Studio for you. My guess would be that it's because it's the last level available then, but you should not see the map in that case... I'll get that clarified and get back to you as soon as I have an update!

Yes, that's right! Just spoke with the Studio and there seems to be some issues unfortunately. They are working on a fix that will be released in the next update in the coming days.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience... in the meantime, you can try to go back and collect more stars on previous levels, or try Bubble Witch 3 or take part in our contest to win some bubblicious goodies!

I lost my progress in bws2, just finished on level 2490 turn backwards on level 2410, now I m level 2430, For the new level, but how about other levels .
