    Are they still on holiday??  This is so annoying and game breaking. 

    You do realize that there are other games out there that we can become addicted to  :anguished: 

    If I can't progress because I don't have one of a certain boost then that's it... because I don't want to play the same level endlessly vs RNG odds.  I am currently over 1100 lvls and I'm sure many others here are as well.   We deserve some kind of timeline on this I think.

    I cannot tell you exactly what items have not been given to me. I can tell you that I play the game daily and have not been getting any of the rewards since the middle of December.     The disappearing boosters and lives problem continues now for more than 3 weeks.

    I did try playing in an incognito window and all that does is wipe out my progress in addition to getting no boosters. Any idea of when the problems will be solved?

    The Team is still working on it and I'll update you all here once there's some news. The issue is affecting desktop players only, so if you have the opportunity to play on your phone, that will work just fine.
