    Good morning QueenMia - I'm still experiencing problems...should have received 2 stereo bombs (1 from Maggie & 1 from my garden) - didn't receive them again.

    Hi I haven't been receiving my Maggie boosters now for 3 weeks or more. I play on PC HP Laptop - Windows 10 on Facebook. I tried looking up my ID but when I click on the cog, all I get is the sound & music buttons.

    I have not been receiving boosters for a month at least (though I am getting them; not showing on bottom of game when I start to play).  I have written to King "contact" but only get told to come here.  Not very helpful.  I am on game 568 and my ID #1560464109.  I now feel this game is a rip-off.  They can't seem to fix their problems.  Maybe if there was less things to click on BEFORE you can even start the game, it would help?

    I have not received boosters for over a month!  Though when I start the game, it indicates I am getting one.  Then, when I get to screen to start to play, the boosters are not at bottom - it indicates I have no boosters.  I am on game 568 (the last 3 games I won without getting boosters) and think this game needs a booster.  I have given my ID # 1560464109 to no avail.  It's too bad cause I like this game.  King needs to improve it.  Too many things to click on BEFORE you can even start the game - not necessary.

    I am being 'gifted' boosters by Maggie but for a couple of weeks now they are not 'attaching' to the game. The 'dust' is accumulating as far as I can tell. I play through Facebook - My ID is 1351002909. Can you please advise why this is happening - and can it be fixed? Thanks - Geraldine.

    U said u were adding gold to my account. I accessed it again and no gold. So now I have spent actual money to buy booster I never got and are padlocked on my screen, my gold bars are nowhere to be found and now u have added more gold bars to get the boosters I'm missing and those gold bars aren't showing either....what is going on with u guys? I've never in the 3 years I've been playing this game have had this many problems. U owe me 25 boosters as I have not received any in weeks and I paid for 8 of which I only got 2 and can't use them and I want my 20 gold bars, and whatever gold u were supposed to add. This is ridiculous!!!

    Hi @Nevenka, that's probably because you were already playing when I added the Gold. You need to force close the App (not re-install) to trigger the Gold.

    Hi I'm new here but I've not been getting my boosts for around 2 weeks, I click on the chests ,it states I have them but when I go to use one,  nothing is there , I seriously thing king need to sort this out as it is becoming a problem now and people are not happy that it is not fixed , I play on my laptop via facebook , I have looked on the cog to try to find my id but it shows home ,sound or music signs nothing else ..hurry and fix this please .
