Why do bingo team members block my progress then not complete the task? Are they not real people?

    Hi @cyn3b and welcome to the community :)
    They are real players, unfortunately, if they don't play a lot due to time or other issues it can seem like they just stall. 
    I suspect people hate it when I am on their team in BW3 as I often cannot play for days at a time.
