I'm looking into it. Could you please, confirm/provide me with few details? :
- Your issue is on Bubble Witch 3
- The platform you use ( For instance, I know @ReneAlen you said you play on the computer, but I think the issue you are experimenting is on your mobile - Android? )
-Your Game app version
- And last, I would need you to provide me your Game ID

I am also now having issues with no internet connection. Tried reinstalling app and now cannot login with email account.
Usung Android phone : Samsung S10 plus

Hi,
I'm playing Bubble Witch 3 on a Android phone, I started getting "no internet connection" error messages and events would not clear from the game.
Tried reinstalling the game, but now cannot login to the game with my email account with again the error "no internet connection".
The internet is working fine on my phone with browser and apps having no issues connecting to the internet, so it must be an issue with the game.
What can I do to sort this issue?0
