@TonyaK unfortunately when I have had this issue in the past, the only thing I have been able to do is uninstall the game, reboot your device and reinstall. Because it doesn't clear on its own, and until its gone, you won't get another
The trouble is you will lose any saved boosters so the best thing to do is use them up, then save that screenshot. Uninstall, reboot then reinstall. You won't have the rewards so you will need to follow the instructions in this link here and the support can help you with your rewards
Can you let me know which device you are playing on, the version and the app version and we can let the CM know in case of others having the issue
