The next stage would be either ignore it until it decides to reset when the new one starts or make sure you know that you saved your game and to uninstall and reinstall the game. The warnings are if you have boosters you would loose them.

Nope, it didn't work. Whenever I try to claim the reward I can not leave that screen. I can scroll up and down through the names, but I have to leave the game to be able to reopen it and play again. Any other ideas?

Hi @SuzyDoozy Can you try these trouble shooting tips first. Check for updates as there has been one recently then log out of your game and turn your device off for at least 1 minute if it doesn't reset the first time please repeat.

Hi @HoneyThief A very warm welcome to our friendly community. Please try logging out of the game and turn your device off and on. Repeat this twice and lets see if it resets your game first. Also check for any missed updates

There appears to be a new home for Friends and Fairies today. There was a treasure chest which I clicked on that showed a cycle wheel. What does it represent and how do I utilize it?
