Welcome @VioletWitch they are working on it I promise. As a last resort if you did the troubleshooting and lose progress, the team could restore it but you wouldn't get any saved boosters back as they are saved in the memory. If you did go down that route I would suggest screenshotting the screen showing where you are so its correct afterwards
I did the troubleshooting and as I feared I have lost my progress. The game is connecting to the internet but I have dropped to lvl 350 from 580 and my stardust dropped too. It would be great if your team could fix this. I am attaching the screenshots as you had suggested. Please restore my progress.
Hi @meme57 I am sorry you are having issues, the game is behaving annoyingly at the moment as regards the internet. The studio are aware and are investigating.
Hi @Lipsey12 and @Doodiebunk thank you for posting. Nobody has resolution yet and we cannot give you a date when it will be fixed as we do not know ourselves. This isn't down to any failings on anyone but unfortunately the studio are having trouble finding the root cause of it all. Keep an eye on threads like this as we will tell you when its fixed, but obviously haven't been able to say yet for that reason. I hope it will be soon as a lot seem to be affected
