Billy is stuck
I'm playing on an Android phone, and Billy showed up on a level I'd already completed, the very first of a chapter. I tried doing both that level and the fight against Wilbur just before where Billy is stuck. I've also tried closing the app and clearing the cache. He's still in the same place.

That sounds strange!ย Please try out these steps:
- Force close the App
- Clear cache/cookies
- Restart device after shutting it down for couple of minutes.ย

I did all of that, and Billy is still stuck. He's on the first level of Jazzy Jungle while I'm on Royal Ranks

He's still stuck, and now it appears my "free the ghosts by Friday" either isn't counting, or just isn't showing where I am
