Just a slight update. The bubble studio has a team working on this issue as its bigger than expected. So it is still an active issue but it is being investigated. Just bigger so taking longer than expected to fix. You haven't been forgotten 😉

Hi am sorry to hear that you are still waiting for a resolution but as @Chicken_Slayer has said there is a team working on this problem that means it will get resolved once a allocated team is on working on one particular issue there aim is to fix it. This is complex and will take time so I would ask you all to be patient and rest assured once there is an update you will be told. 🌟

Olá comigo aconteceu o mesmo sem conexão.Tive que desinstalar e instalar novamente voltou a funcionar mas perdi todos meus encantos acumulados. Muito chato meu jogo não voltou como antes corridas do jogadores sumiu presentes.

Olá no meu caso passei uma semana assim e não ouve solução. Minha Internet estava normal mas continuava dizendo sem conexão. Desinstalei mas antes de fazer isso vê se sua conta está salva no king ou facebook. Desinstalei e instalei de novo voltou para níveis que eu estava mas meus encantos tudo que eu tinha acumulados sumiu.

Good day,
Any update on the issue thus far? Every other king app I own works fine, with internet connection, except BubbleWitch3.
the app saying there’s no internet connection really detracts from it, to be honest.
