My Game is not working - (Now fixed)!

For the past week i have been trying to play Bubble Witch Saga 3 on my PC (Windows 10 Pro) and it loads the game but when i click on the play button the witch hovers over the level button and freezes. See following pictures:

On this screen i click on level 761. Then:

Now i Click on Play. Then:

This is all i get it will now load the level at all.

    Hi guys!

    The Game Team is investigating this and hopefully will find a fix soon.

    Meanwhile, please try to play on another browser and see if that helps. Supported browsers are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Edge.

    Clear also the cache and all cookies on the browser and make sure it's updated to the latest version.

    If you're playing on a Windows PC, you can also download the game as an app from Microsoft Store HERE and play via the Windows app instead. When you open the game, connect it to Facebook and your levels will be synced.
