I am hoping it won't resort to uninstalling and reinstalling... If it does.. I won't bother with the game anymore... just isn't worth the headache of something that should be able to update on its own.

@Shannon2318 @Pudgy hi did you follow this part of the trouble shooting Go to ‘Apps’, then to ‘Apps & features’ Find the game you have issues with and go to ‘Advanced options’ Click on ‘Reset’ if it is Still hasnt worked then there Is no more we can do intill the team are back to full capacity. Sorry 😔

Yes. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled and lost my boosters. I just now did what you mentioned about resetting it through settings. It did not work and is still prompting me to update for the next levels :(

Apparently we do not move on until King staff able to roll out new levels.

@PLM_ForGame hi it always gives that message while waiting for new levels to upload once that's done it will automatically update ready for you to play. Make sure you exit the game from time to time and then re opening it can trigger the updated levels. But untill you have them added this message will remain it is usual for new levels to update to arrive on a Tuesday or Wednesday Can I ask since when you have been waiting for this to happen. Uninstalling is strongly advised not to do unless it Is the last resort as you will loose any boosters. 🙈

One week. And I know that new levels are already available in the game. But microsoft store does not offer an update.

@PLM_ForGame hi thanks for the info the new levels are due Tuesdays or Wednesday can you wait until then and if you still havnt been given any levels come back to me with your game ID and I can see if we can look into it for you 👍🌈

The new levels are already available!! I can access them from my phone but both of my computers do not have update available through the Microsoft store. Those new levels became available way back on March 25. I feel like I’m repeating the same info. My profile name on the game is Shannon White
