I've passed this on to the studio and asked for when we can expect a release on W10. As of now, the last available level on W10 is 2460 while mobile should be around 2520.

Namely that I was stuck at level 2460, I no longer bought boosters to advance!
when are the new levels coming out, am I doing something wrong or are they not out yet, just sends me to download what I already have

@Helen_Langford new levels are added on Tuesday or Wednesday of each week and the message will remain until the chapter is released. Just to save time this Is the information that our wonderfull CM has posted regarding any of these issue. I've passed this on to the studio and asked for when we can expect a release on W10. There should be an update today which features new levels however, on W10 it will just be catching up with what the mobile version currently has, level 2520. The latest game version should be 6.10.
From now, Windows 10 should be more up to date and catch up with the other platforms.

Glad others are getting updates. I still have a connection issue, which I am sure gets in the way of any updates. Until the connection issue is resolved on the PC, Windows 10 version, I cannot update or play. Sad.
