I no longer have advertisements to watch!
Something is wrong with my game. I no longer have advertisements to watch to get 3 extra balls, every time I make a level, if I don't win, the number of balls I can buy with the bars increases but it doesn't show me advertising to go on. If you continue on this path, not being able to buy ingots because I don't have a salary and I live to the limits of my possibilities, I will have to say goodbye and look for another game. I don't understand why the rules change for the worse, people have lost their jobs because of Covid19 and you are requesting the purchase of ingots. It is outrageous.

@pirata20 and @MicheleHogg, some extra features like watching videos will come and go and will often have a limited run of availability. We recommend taking part in these whenever you get the opportunity because they’ll eventually disappear to be replaced with something new.
I’m afraid I’m not able to arrange for this feature to re-appear or to be added in your game. You’ll likely see something in its place very soon if it hasn’t been replaced already. I hope you’re able to enjoy this as much as you did the one before.
However, we do understand it can be frustrating for something to disappear that you’ve come to enjoy or rely on so we will make sure to pass on the feedback to the Studio but, we can't promise you any changes will be made.

@pirata20 I hear you! I am a long time player and it's a great way to pass the time, especially since I have been stuck at home since beginning of March. I'm on level 2526 in BW3 & have been stuck on this level for 3 days! It's frustrating especially when I am trying to stay in the Astral League. I can not afford nor would I spend money on buying gold nuggets for extra bubbles & lately I have noticed that watching ads are scarce & having watched the YouTube video on how to beat the level I need at least 20 bubbles & the game only gives 15! I've had this issue in other levels & am frustrated to the point that I am considering leaving. Hoping that game developers address these issues soon. 😐

I also spend a lot of time with this game, sometimes it distracts me for a while from the stress but if the game starts to generate the same, then it's not worth it. I can't spend money, I lost my job because of the lock down, as you rightly say, we watch the advertisements but the 3 balls that come often are not used to help the situation. On YouTube there are players who have more balls than me and very simple patterns, if I had their patterns, I would pass the levels with their same speed. I'm also at level 2542, it's been a struggle, I've been playing for 3 years and what do developers do? They make life difficult forcing us to quit the game. Worse for them.

First I would like to know if you have had the videos before and it is now gone, or have you never had this option before?
The point is that, these extra features will come and go and will often have a limited run of availability. We recommend taking part in these whenever you get the opportunity because they’ll eventually disappear to be replaced with something new.
In case you have never had the option, then your game simply does not have access. Not all features are available for all players but the game team try their best to shuffle and make sure everybody gets the chance for something extra.
For this reason, I’m afraid I’m not able to arrange for this feature to re-appear or to be added in your game. You’ll likely see something in its place very soon if it hasn’t been replaced already. I hope you’re able to enjoy this as much as you did the one before.

Hi @pirata20 @michellehodge sorry to hear your problems I see our magical @QueenB joined before I finished my long reply lol so i have deleted that part out. Regarding level 2542 clear 395 balls with 17 shots I am with you this is tuff. Although inside the cones there are line blasts and diamonds if you can clear the colours from the top to drop them down you will be benefit more but there will be times when you have to openthem. Trust me it is achievable just at it. And regarding purchasing bars this realy is not a necessity it is purley option. I hope I have helped a little along side our CM. If not please come back to us. I thank you for your tagging it realy helps but please try not to tag different people to help with the same discussion it just duplicates responses. Sometimes if we are really busy it may take a little longer for us to reply but I assure you we will respond and we would always tag our CMs if at first we cannot solve any issues. Dear Kim Elston, I would not like to be controversial but only in theory 17 balls erase 300, in fact it is not so because not all balls come out of the perfect color to end the game. I understand that it takes a bit of competition, to pass a level on the first try, it would be like winning a 4 year old boy, but it is not even correct to keep a player on level for days, in the end it becomes frustrating and nervous. I believe that all of you on the team know these things but it is your duty to complicate things to reach the ultimate goal, which is to shop for the game, nobody works for free and you know it. The problem is that there are people who do not have the job anymore and would not want to leave a game that has accompanied them for 3 years because of the requests for profit from another (who rightly works and asks for a remuneration but already has his gain with advertising). I don't know what you have in mind again, I hope it won't make the game and the relationship we have with you worse. With best regards

Hi @pirata20 I am sorry to hear you feel that way and I hope my tips will help you to achieve this level so that you can feel better. We all have the same struggles to complete levels especially the higher you go they will get more and more challenging. We strive to continue good relationships with the community. Players are welcome to share their thoughts good or bad. And we respect your views.
