Not receiving lives

I have request for receiving lives and when I accept it does not show. For about 6 months now it shows only 2 then when I click to add them it says I have none.

    why cant I access bbwsaga3 via king.com, I like both facebook+ king . but no lives or extra games are here on facebook.com plz bring it back. . enjoyed that more than facebook. just chugging along . 1 game every 30 mins. + not getting very far .
