contacted customer service, no answer yet. main issue was not being able to level up after beating a level. its level 958, beat it several times since i cant advance, but it still doesnt move.

Hi @Ljaramillo321 sorry to hear you are having problems. Have you tried checking for updates as there has just been a recent one. Also try logging out then turn your device off and on. Hopefully once you have the update and then do the trouble shoot it should be back to normal 🙂👍
