Ive been a longtime player and when I woke today All of my spells (magic beam, shooting star etc) have been reset to 0 this morning. I had 20+ before and this is quite frustrating to lose what I earned over the years.

there dont seem to be any help here at all from what i see. i cannot use stardust to play when im out of lives now. i suppose they disabled that now. freezes with a window saying magic in progress. getting sick of these issues.

Hi all I will ask our magical @QueenB to see if she is aware of this issue. There has been a game update recently that did create problems mainly with kindle which have now been sorted. I am not aware that this was part of the issue but lets see. In the meantime can you check you are updated then log out of your game and turn your device off and on. Also please state what device you play. 👍🙂
