I changed my email login for BW3 and reloaded game, but still get the same problem while playing. Very frustrating :-(
When I've run out of lives, and game tried to reload, I get "Magic in Progress" on screen and a twirly circle, (like when device trying to connect online) and then a screen saying "Shop not Open", before I can 'try my level again'. Have reloaded, using another email login. Same problem. Advise please? Thanks lots.
Same problem with store! Please fix these glitches so frustrating! Also how about some free boosts for all our troubles since this recent upgrade, especially since we can't buy any!

Well, I am saving money...
I have the same problem it just thrills forever. I might just have to delete game completely and stop playing, too bad it's a fun game. It happened right after I updated the game.
May not be costing me money, but it's eating up my battery as it takes almost a minute to stop circling and give me the error message
Yes, happening to I me as well, no explanation as to what this "magic in progress" is
A bit dodgy, especially as when it stops ( takes ages) it just says the shop is shut.
After all the problems with the update we really don't deserve this as well
Didn't anyone test the update and this before adding it to the game ????
