Where are my candies

Im playing BubbleWitch3 and and the trickies game. I get alerts that I’ve received candies from another player and I’m not getting any of them!!! It’s bad enough I have completed my world but I’ve religiously played this game so getting these candies will help me Achieve the goal. Makes me not want to play anymore

How about you update the latest version of this game or use strong Internet Connection or restart the device that I hope you can earn them? 🤔
If it's not worked, How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope it's solved! 🤔)

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone.
By the way, their team is still testing this new feature (that means it's still not complete to be fixed).

I'm talking about the ones left by other players to me. If I don't clear the level I leave the candies I earned to another player. In turn that other player leaves them to me. There can only be one place they can go. You see them dispersed when you get them. I've kept track of how many I have and if that number has not increased then I didn't get the candies from the other person. Meanwhile I left that person so many that they beat me in the final count. Which was frustrating.

I did restart my device. I also looked for an update (used to be you went to the app store and it told you you needed to update something.) Now it just does it automatically without your knowledge. I don't like that because I want to control that so I probably agreed to some change. Everything gets so hard to control sometimes.

@micheleswe I see now I original thought you was asking about the candies that players can add to your game.
With that process you can only pass on candies to the other players progress if you win.
If you loose you choose which player you want to return them but that only happens if they are clearing levels.
I have seen where players just play and win a couple of the easy chests then just sit back whilst others continue to win more games and collect there points it Is frustrating as you are basically filling the chests up for them.
This Is not unusual in this challenge and you can also get it the other way round if your team is active then your chest fills faster as you receive more points.
But either way you will still get your chests that are filled within the time duration.
The leader bord you see at the end doesn't give you anything extra and resets for each game 👍🙂
