I have android.. followed your guidance per what to do now it has totally reset my game back to level 1 and still wont connect to the internet, is this an issue that is going to be fixed? I really enjoyed playing this game but alittle pointless if it isnt going to hold a connection

@fayev Heya! Welcome to the king community! And the problem you are having a lot of other players have the same issue. It has been sent to the tech team to get it fixed it’s just going to take time. I know this stops you from playing the game. @QueenMia @QueenB do you have more information on this problem?

@shezstar95 Heya! Welcome to the king community! A lot of players are having the same problem. It has been reported to the studios to fix. Hopefully it does soon.

Has this issue of no internet connection ever been resolved - it has been this way since February and continues to this day. I am getting new levels to play but no access to magic tree; the trickies and starlight contest has never gone away. What gives??

Are you making the sure the game app is up to date? Have you by any chance tried, disconnecting the game from Facebook/King account, started the device, connect the game app back and see if that helps?

I play on a laptop- windows 10; in mid April I was on level 117, two weeks ago I received levels up to 123; at this point I really don’t want to risk loosing all and going back to level 1.

Microsoft store shows no new updates available. I have not been able to save to Facebook account since internet connection went down. Occasionally when I open BW3 I will get last screen before internet connection stopped; it will show magic tree, that I had finished flower task and starlight contest. Then when I open game all goes away and no internet connection.
